1) CON-19-004 55 Bayview Avenue Request for Determination filed by Dean Agius to install a picket fence, two walkways and landscaping beds in the front yard at the property located at 55 Bayview Avenue, Assessors Map 28A, Lots 435 & 436. Work to take place within buffer zone to Coastal Beach and Coastal Dune, and within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage/Flood Zone VE.
2) CON-19-005 89 Raymond Street Request for Determination filed by David Grande and Cynthia Curry to construct a 10×14 shed in the rear yard at the property located at 89 Raymond Street, Assessors Map 24D, Lots 92 & 93. Work to take place within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage/ Flood Zone AE.
3) CON-19-006 10 Gilbert Street Request for Determination filed by Roberta and William Martin to construct a 10×10 shed in the rear yard at the property located at 10 Gilbert Street, Assessors Map 29A, Lot 220. Work to take place within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage/Flood Zone AE.
4) CON-19-007 20 Yankee Lane (Solar Project) Request for an Amended Order of Conditions (DEP File No. SE23-1269) filed by Atlantic Design Engineers Inc. on behalf of Fairhaven MA 2 LLC c/o Clean Energy Collective LLC, to make changes to an approved gravel road, reducing the length of the road but bringing it closer to the wooded swamp at the property located at 20 Yankee Lane, Assessors Map 39, Lots 16, 23 & 30 and Map 38, Lot 5. Work to take place within the buffer zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
