FAIRHAVEN PLANNING BOARD CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Continued Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday August 13, 2019, in the Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The originally scheduled Public Hearing scheduled on July 9 was continued without taking any testimony.
• The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Definitive Subdivision application: 1) DS19‐01‐ The applicant, Robert Roderiques, is requesting approval through the Definitive Subdivision review process to create sixteen (16) buildable lots with two drainage parcels on a 15.08‐acre parcel of land off of Hiller Avenue and Timothy Street. The location is Map 28C, Lots 71 and 71A. The proposal includes establishing frontage for the proposed 16‐lot subdivision by creating three new dead‐end roads off of Hiller Avenue and Timothy Street.
A copy of the application is on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment to review the application call the Planning Department at (508) 979‐4082, Ext. 123.
