The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Tuesday, January 21 st, 2020 at 6:30 P.M. in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street.
1. Case # 2019.10.08A A continuation on the case of Manuel Almeida, of 8 Wildrose Lane, Acushnet who is petitioning the Board for a Special Permit for the use and parking of more than one commercial vehicle for business use at his address. This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3.1 Residence “A” District- Section “B” (8)- Use and Parking of More Than One Commercial Vehicle for Business Use.
2. Case #2020.01.07A A hearing on the case of David Menard, of 130 Conduit Street, Acushnet, who is requesting a Special Permit to be able to construct an accessory apartment located at 289 Main Street, Acushnet. This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3.1 “B” (1) and Section 3.4 “B”: Accessory Apartments.
3. Case #2020.01.21A A hearing on the case of Garrett Soucy, of 5 Williams Street, Acushnet who is petitioning for a Special Permit to be able to turn renovations or additions of his dwelling into an accessory apartment. This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3.1 “B” (1) and Section 3.4 “B”: Accessory Apartments.
