In accordance with MGL Chapter III Sec. 31 and Fairhaven Board of Health regulations, notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at 40 CENTER STREET, TOWN HALL MEETING ROOM on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14, 2019 at 5:00 PM to review and hear comments relative to a proposed Board of Health Regulation entitled PROPOSED CHANGES TO TOBACCO SALES REGULATIONS
