Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board and the Fairhaven Historical Commission will jointly conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 16, 2019, in the Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on a proposed Demolition Delay General Bylaw to be considered at the Fall Special Town Meeting to be held on November 12, 2019.
A copy of the proposed draft Demolition Delay General Bylaw is on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment to review the application call the Planning Department at (508) 979-4082, Ext. 9.
